A way to invite ease and prevent burnout.

From professionals under pressure to trauma survivors and individuals living with cancer.
In all these contexts, it has shown a significant impact in easing anxiety, depression, and pain.

for survivors of the October 7 attacks.

What Is Balance Space?

A space to return to yourself.
Balance Space is a holistic method that gently restores balance between mind, body, and emotion.
At its core is a unique form of sound-based relaxation, combined with mindful guidance and integration.
This approach helps regulate the nervous system and fosters emotional clarity, calm, and resilience.

The Workshop

A trained guide facilitates each workshop and includes:

  1. Arrival & Introduction - A gentle transition from daily life into the space

  2. Immersive Sound Session - Listening to frequency-based music that interacts with brainwave activity

  3. Verbal Integration - Guided reflection and conversation

Israel is facing a significant mental health crisis.

According to the Israeli Association of Public Health Physicians, an estimated 900,000 people have reported experiencing psychological distress since the attacks.

In a collaborative study with the University of Haifa and Bar-Ilan University,
The Balance Space method was shown to support emotional and neurological regulation -

Helping to reduce anxiety, stress, and pain.
Positive effects are often felt after just one session.

 Social worker, music and movement therapist, Hakomi practitioner, yoga and meditation instructor, and multidisciplinary artist.
Aya has been working in the fields of therapy and creative expression for over  20 years,
With a focus on supporting people facing crisis and stress.
She is also a social entrepreneur in the areas of art, education, community, and sustainability

Avigal Ilanot-Trincher

Workshop facilitator, musician, and flutist with a Master’s degree in music therapy.
Avigal leads both individual and group healing processes,
With an emphasis on integrating body and mind.
She is a longtime practitioner of yoga and meditation,
and actively involved in projects at the intersection of therapy and education.
